Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Superintendent's Office and Executive Cabinet E 2. Compose, proofread, format, and distribute a wide variety of correspondence, memos, reports, and other documents, including highly sensitive and confidential communications related to personnel, complaints, and negotiations E 3. Process invoices for legal counsel services E 4. Screen and route telephone calls, emails, and in-person visitors; exercise independent judgment in responding to inquiries, resolving routine matters, or directing callers to appropriate staff E 5. This position provides direct operational support to the District Office including communications and correspondence, confidential personnel and labor relations matters, and serves as a primary point of contact for staff, families, and the public.
