This team member will play a pivotal role in supporting the AmeriCorps Seniors Workforce Development Senior Demonstration Program by coordinating participant services, strengthening community and employer partnerships, and helping older adults build the skills and experience needed to pursue meaningful employment opportunities. Working closely with the AmeriCorps program team, the Program Associate supports AmeriCorps Seniors volunteers throughout the West Virginia Northern Panhandle, western Pennsylvania, and eastern Ohio by coordinating participant recruitment, volunteer service, training, mentoring, and employment readiness activities for adults age 55 and older.
