Clinical Schedules & Coverage: 1 Supervisor + 1 Clinic Coordinator — oversees staffing schedules, clinic coverage, float pools, call-outs, PTO, vacancies, and other staffing needs. Success will be measured by training and competency completion, employee retention, staffing coverage, schedule effectiveness, employee readiness, supervisor/trainer performance, customer service, and overall performance of the three operational funnels.
