Following this, you will lead the Engineering Team and partners throughout all project phases, including but not limited to a design and scope review, design works, alignment of the sourcing and procurement strategy for the proposal, cost calculation etc., ensuring detailed coordination between disciplines and full compliance with the project requirements. Leading and integrating the Engineering Team, comprising diverse engineering fields (e.g., electrical, controls & instrumentation, process, mechanical, plant layout, etc.), is critical for building a cohesive team and pursuing common objectives in bid or execution projects.
