Position Summary :
The Quality Control manager is responsible for overall quality of our Driver Fleet.
This role is responsible for accurately processing and entering dispute-related information between external and internal systems, ensuring data integrity and timely case updates. - Previous experience in data entry, operations, financial services, or a related administrative role.
p>Preferred: Experience includes the ability to collect, abstract, and accurately enter clinical research data across multiple electronic systems, with data entry experience helpful but not required due to the availability of an extensive training curriculum. The Research Data Coordinator works closely with investigators, research nurses, and clinical research personnel to ensure accurate data collection, protocol compliance, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Utilize all available resources, including the Section and Chapter Notes of the HTS, General Rules of Interpretation, previous rulings issued by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Explanatory Notes, Informed Compliance Publications (ICPs), and client-furnished technical information including specifications, pictures, diagrams, renderings, examples, etc. to render tariff classifications under the HTS for Crane's clients. Determine whether clients' imported goods are eligible and qualify for preferential duty benefits under free trade agreements and special trade programs, such as tariff change rules or regional value content.
