Following SPC approval, assume program leadership and accountability for delivery across the product lifecycle through Platform Lifecycle Management Teams, leading cross-functional execution of New Product Development, Line Extensions, Sustaining initiatives, and product retirement against agreed scope, timelines, budgets, and business commitments. Own the enterprise phase-gate governance framework and, following project transfer, lead phase-gate reviews with cross-functional leaders, ensuring clear decisions and timely escalation of significant risks, deviations, investment decisions, or milestones to the Executive Team.
