The position serves as a hands-on resource for store and field support, recurring production activities, approved configuration changes, labor-budget and data loads, schedule-cycle support, testing, documentation, and issue resolution. The Labor Analyst supports the Workforce Management Manager by executing the daily operational, system-support, configuration, maintenance, and validation work required to keep the enterprise WFM environment accurate, stable, and usable.
