This position reports directly to the Business Analysis Director on the Digital Transformation team and is responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong, trust‑based relationships with stakeholders across INDOT to ensure alignment, collaboration, and effective communication of technology and data‑driven solutions that address critical organizational challenges. Building productive partnerships with IT and data practitioners, including the Data Governance Manager, IT Project Managers, and QA Testers, to develop detailed, requirements that enable teams to deliver effective technology and data solutions.
