American Home Health Agency seeking a recent High School graduate or College/University student able to work during the summer full-time and possibly continue full-time or part-time after the summer.
The following tasks will be performed:
Answering the phone and assisting patients & staff with scheduling visits
Working with the HR manager to collect and update staff documentation.
Assisting the Financial manager with posting payments in the system.
Upload patients' documentation in the EHR system
Minimum requirements:
Able to speak, read, and write in English. Spanish is a plus
Able to read assignments, follow directions
Able to communicate and respond clearly on the telephone and respond to patient's spoken needs
Able to use the computer
