Under the general direction of the Director of Business Services, plans, coordinates, and oversees the daily activities of assigned Finance staff in general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, and the fiscal operations of the Authority’s housing programs, including Affordable Housing, the Authority Owned Program (Authority-owned properties and Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) properties), contracted property management, and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV). The position reviews financial statements, journal entries, and program reports for Affordable Housing, the Authority Owned Program (Authority-owned and RAD properties), contracted property management, and Housing Choice Voucher (HCV).
