The Position : Under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for Facilities Planning, Design and Construction (FPDC), the Fiscal Resource Manager provides strategic fiscal leadership and advanced administrative support for Facilities Management, including Facilities Services and Facilities Planning, Design and Construction, within the Administration & Finance Division. The Fiscal Resource Manager is responsible for the overall fiscal management of the department, independently overseeing complex financial operations that include multi-year budget development and forecasting, fiscal analysis, financial reporting, account reconciliation, resource allocation, fund management, and financial compliance.
