The position of List Services Lead Tech would require the ability to perform all carpentry tasks, lean on experience for problem solving and have the flexibility to collaborate with a Project Manager on multiple types of projects. Solid knowledge of construction and remodeling trades, practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials, specifications, quality control, cost control, safety, and applicable building codes.
