Models the values and guiding principles of our dealership; • Diagnose and communicate vehicle needs to customer; • Create detailed vehicle work-order, and assign to Service Technician; • Maintain communication with customer to relay status of work; • Process through completion all warranty, and repair orders; • Maintain accuracy of all job-related service records; • Support, promote, and get involved in the Help Sell, and Motorcycle Referral, Programs; • Act as an Ambassador for the dealership, and the Harley-Davidson brand. Position Requirements: • High school diploma, or equivalent; • Superior communication and customer service skills; • Maintain technical knowledge and qualifications by keeping current in factory-training programs; • Maintain a valid driver license with motorcycle endorsement, and clean driving record;
