Reporting to the General Foreman, this position translates the approved weekly plan into resource-ready shift execution, directs and verifies work in the field, holds crews accountable for performance, manages operational variance within delegated authority, and escalates constraints or changes that may affect committed work. The Supervisor coordinates with crews, peers, management, Maintenance, Technical Services, Safety, Training, Human Resources, and other support functions to maintain safe and reliable operations and achieve established safety, productivity, quality, cost, workforce, and reporting expectations.
