Director of Business Development and Sales, you will: • Establish a BD/sales team for U Power in the Americas • Collect market intelligence, local market requirements, and collaborate with cross-function teams to localize U Power's global product portfolio • Identify key partners to work with U Power and localize manufacturing capacity via CKD or SKD approach • Establish friendly public relations with media, local partners, and federal/state transportation authorities • Oversee development of sales and distribution networks, monitor and enhance sales and distribution network profitability, and provide necessary support to sales and distribution networks.
Requirements:
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Rich working experience in business development and sales • Self-motivated, driven, "can do" spirit • Good cross-cultural communication and coordination skills • Minimum 10 years experience in the automotive industry • Commercial vehicle sales experiences are highly valued • Experience managing vehicle dealership/distributor networks • Experience working with commercial fleet owners.
