Strong communication and organization skills across AHJs, consultants, contractors, and cross-functional partners; ability to critique architectural, structural, MEP, and civil drawings; bias for ownership and urgency; proficiency with project/permitting tools (e.g., Bluebeam, Procore, Accela/e-permitting, Excel/Smartsheet); ability to travel up to 50%; Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or equivalent experience preferred. Support and execute modular site permitting and assist with navigating AHJ and modular approval paths, prepare/submit/track packages, and close plan-check comments for factory-built and site-assembled scopes.
