Managing the Work Scholar program, Managing the Federal, State, and JOB Work-Study programs, Developing and presenting training materials for aid-based student work programs, Working with internal and external employer partners and supervisors to support student workers, Assisting students and families with general guidance on financial aid and scholarship processes, including completing the FAFSA, scholarship, and other financial forms or documents, Making presentations about financial aid, scholarships, and aid-based work programs to prospective students, current students, and high school counselors, Creating or enhancing correspondence to students. Additional duties include direct and indirect activities to support recruitment and retention of students.
