ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS: Troubleshoot and handle in-house repairs regarding HVAC, the removal and replacement of ceramic tiles, painting, repair of or replacement of wallboard systems, carpentry, cabinetry, laminate replacement, and granite repairs. The General Maintenance Technician performs maintenance service and troubleshoots repairs in the areas of HVAC, plumbing, drywall, texture, tile, carpentry, painting, electrical, cabinetry, laminates, granite and appliance servicing at a skilled level.
