Once completed to the satisfaction of the Operations Training Manager, the instructional analyst/developers may be redirected to support the Engineering Training Manager with the development of systems training as explained above bolstering the knowledge of engineering staff positions that are assigned to facility operations, or emergent analysis assignments as directed by Company Training Management.
