Key expectations include project management, solving customer problems, mentoring less experienced engineers, applying strong technical judgment to identify process improvement opportunities, evaluating the impact of process changes on material properties, leading capital projects, and identifying more efficient production methods. This position requires access to export-controlled technology, technical data or defense services, as such, employment will be contingent upon the candidate's ability to access export-controlled technology, technical data or defense services as authorized to US regulation or an export authorization obtained by DuPont approved by the controlling US government agency.
