YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTERAs a Procurement and Sustainability Coordinator, you'll support the Purchasing team by creating and maintaining purchase orders, monitoring open orders and inventory needs, maintaining item and supplier data in the ERP system, resolving invoice discrepancies, and coordinating with suppliers on pricing, documentation, shipment status, and delivery commitments. In addition, you'll help coordinate sustainability and customer compliance initiatives by maintaining supplier certifications, collecting and analyzing sustainability data, responding to customer documentation requests, and supporting projects focused on waste reduction, recycling, sustainable packaging, and responsible sourcing.
