The Payroll Manager is accountable for end-to-end payroll delivery across all four countries, including payroll processing and controls, regulatory compliance, tax reporting, reconciliations, payroll systems and vendor coordination, employee service, and continuous improvement of payroll and timekeeping processes. Lead and develop a payroll team of two, currently consisting of a Principal Payroll Analyst and Senior Payroll Specialist, establishing priorities, reviewing work, ensuring appropriate coverage, and supporting employee development.
