RESOURCE BANKSenior Loan Administration Processor  Position Summary: This position reports to the Loan Administration Manager and is responsible for reviewing and preparing loan papers to ensure completeness and is responsible for the functions required to complete transactions between the loan establishment and borrowers for consumer, commercial and real estate transactions.  Essential Functions:<ul><li>Verify and examine information and accuracy in loan approval package. </li><li><ul><li>Must be within Loan Policy Guidelines</li><li>In Compliance with different Regulations</li><li><ul><li>HMDA</li><li>HOEPA</li><li>Reg B</li><li>Reg Z</li><li>TRID</li></ul></li><li>Verify Property Taxes</li><li>Set up Escrow accounts</li></ul></li><li>Prepare loan documents within Laser Pro both application disclosures and closing packages. </li><li>Prepare loan documents for Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC) and maybe responsible for having the mortgage recorded.</li><li>Board loans into the core system including building out collateral for each loan.</li><li>Set up loans (if needed) on Auto Debit from internal accounts or external accounts.</li><li>Prepare loan file to be scanned into the electronic imaging system. </li><li>Assists with correcting exceptions found in loan files by Loan Review.</li><li>Assist with payment corrections and payment research.</li><li>Waive Late Charges approved by the Officer.</li><li>May be responsible for setting up One-Time ACH payments.</li><li>May be responsible for posting and/or verifying Electronic Loan Payments.</li><li>May be responsible for reviewing daily reports and process corrections as needed. </li><li>Uses independent judgment and decision making in carrying out the essential functions of the position.</li><li>Conduct UCC searches and file UCC Statements.</li><li>Type and book letters of credit.</li><li>Prepare Title work for DMV.</li><li>Orders title work from attorney’s office or title companies.</li><li>Request flood certificates.</li><li>May have the authority to sign official checks.</li><li>Must be able to multi-task and prioritize your workload.  </li><li>All other duties assigned.</li></ul> Skills and Abilities:<ul><li>Reading Comprehension - Understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work- related documents.</li><li>Active Listening - Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.</li><li>Time Management - Managing one's own time.</li><li>Speaking - Talking to others to convey information effectively.</li><li>Mathematics - Using mathematics to solve problems.</li><li>Critical Thinking - Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.</li><li>Regulations – A full understanding and knowledge of TRID, HOEPA, HMDA, Reg B and Reg Z.</li></ul> Competencies:<ul><li>Oral Comprehension - The ability to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences.</li><li>Written Comprehension - The ability to read and understand information and ideas presented in writing.</li><li>Oral Expression - The ability to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand.</li><li>Speech Clarity - The ability to speak clearly so others can understand you.</li><li>Speech Recognition - The ability to identify and understand the speech of another person.</li><li>Written Expression - The ability to communicate information and ideas in writing so others will understand.</li></ul> Working Conditions:The work for this position is conducted in a back office of our bank and the requirement for travel is limited to travel for training and meetings.  This position could require working extended hours in the evenings or weekends, depending on workload.     Experience and Education:Associate's Degree (or other 2-year degree) and/ or equivalent loan administration experience.
