General Description: The Manager is responsible for promoting and demonstrating Parrish Healthcare’s Culture of Choice®; actively and effectively participates in ensuring strategic goals and objectives are met or exceeded; provides the management and oversight necessary to ensure assigned functional area(s)— Pre-Op, Post Anesthesia Care (PACU), Pre-Admission Testing (PAT), Anesthesia Support Services—have the proper resources, metrics and talent in place to effectively fulfill our mission to provide Healing Experiences for Everyone all the Time® and achieve organizational strategic (Game Plan) goals. Participates in surgical services on-call rotation, ability to staff in assigned departments to support the team, participate in developing budgets and monthly variances, strong communication skills, SSAT committee participation, staff meetings, department growth and development, care partner professional growth and development, customer service with post discharge phone calls, participate in annual competencies with education team.
