An LDA may work with one or more teams including: Applications Development, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science & Analytics, Cybersecurity, Agile Delivery, Enterprise Engineering (including Mobility, DevOps, and Cloud), User Experience, IT Operations, Integrations/API, Project Management, Robotics/Drones, and Service Support. Through a combination of structured learning, training opportunities, mentorship, field experiences, networking events, and collaborative development activities, associates gain a broad understanding of the railroad industry while building the skills needed to succeed in a dynamic business environment.
