Minimum Qualifications: Minimum qualifications include 1) a doctoral degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Behavior, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a closely related field from an AACSB-accredited institution (ABDs nearing completion may be considered if the degree will be granted by August 1, 2021), 2) excellent teaching and communication skills, 3) a demonstrated ability to publish research in peer-reviewed journals.
