Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of well-rounded HR Generalist experience 2+ years of proven and successful employee relations/workplace investigations experience Ability to listen effectively, probe and investigate complex, sensitive inquiries and conversations with discretion, composure, and compassion Advanced knowledge of human resource laws, regulations, principles, and best practices Ability to build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members Strong customer service orientation Strong conflict resolution and influencing skills Strong critical thinking skills and ability to navigate through the gray Effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Strong organizational skills and detail orientation Ability to work independently, follow-through on commitments and meet deadlines Ability to juggle multiple competing priorities Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) Knowledge and use of HRIS databases and reporting.
