This role manages end-to-end payroll operations, including payroll processing, audits, employee data validation, tax compliance, reconciliations, issue resolution, and payroll-related accounting support, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule while maintaining compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This role partners closely with internal teams and external vendors to enhance system functionality, improve operational efficiency, support data-driven decision-making, and ensure the integrity and effectiveness of HR technology solutions.
