Position Summary: Under the supervision of the Grossing Supervisor and with the professional support of the Grossing Medical Director, the Grossing Assistant Supervisor directs the operations of assigned grossing staff (Pathologists' Assistants, Grossing Technicians) and is responsible for overseeing staffing, setting policy, and overseeing quality monitoring and improvement projects.
