Required Qualifications: At least 6 months of neuro experience; valid state license (compact license preferred); 1 year of healthcare experience; certifications in ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS; skills in BiPAP/CPAP management, chest tubes, neurological assessments including interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, neuro step-down, pre/post neurosurgery, procedural sedation, spinal cord injury, telemetry, traumatic brain injury. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic charting systems, especially Epic; familiarity with trauma and stroke units; ability to float between units as needed.
