div>The Greenhouse is seeking an experienced and hospitality-focused Front of House Manager to lead our service team and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This position is responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, including dining room service, staff development, guest relations, reservations, and daily service execution.
- Supervises food preparation, cost quality, quantity inventories, portion control, menu planning, recipes, and testing of samples submitted by vendors. MinimumQualifications:
- Associate Degree: two to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination and experience.
Barback Responsibilities:
- Assisting customers with queries, requests and redirecting as necessary.
Busser Responsibilities:
- Welcoming customers, showing them to their tables and providing them with menus.

- Attempt to limit problems and liability related to guests’ excessive drinking by taking steps such as persuading guests to stop drinking, or ordering taxis or other transportation for intoxicated guests.

Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates.
