The ideal candidate will bring experience leading health technology developer and accelerator programs; establishing and scaling global ecosystem operations; working with startups and emerging technology companies, including an understanding of regulatory, validation, and commercialization pathways; and sufficient fluency in contemporary data science, AI, and technology development practices to effectively engage with solution developers and technical teams. Working cross-functionally across Product, Growth & Management, Marketing, Enablement, Delivery, Operations, Technology & Data, Customer Success, Finance, and regional teams, the Director defines the program's market offering, developer journey, capabilities and tools, governs its execution, and continuously evolves the program to meet changing developer, partner, market, and business objectives.
