Minimum of five (5) years of experience managing a workforce providing services on BOS contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity, ( at a contract value of $10 million or greater per year, encompassing facility investment/facility management and at least one utilities discipline (electrical, natural gas, wastewater, steam, water, or chiller plant) plus additional base support functions. The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for the overall management, coordination, execution, and performance of all contract operations relating to facilities operations and maintenance (O&M), public works, utilities management, and base operations support (BOS) services at Naval Support Activity (NSA) Annapolis, Maryland, including services at the United States Naval Academy.
