Unit Details 22 L&D beds 4 ORs 3 PACU 4 Triage rooms 12 MFCU high-risk antepartum beds Patient population: Neonates, adolescents and adults Daily census: approximately 15–20 Rotation through L&D, C-section circulator, Baby RN, Triage, High-Risk Antepartum/Postpartum Special procedures include D&C, IUPC and FSE placement/monitoring Cysto tower experience. The unit is a high-acuity, high-risk L&D environment with approximately 300+ deliveries per month , including high-risk vaginal deliveries, C-sections, multiples, D&C procedures, and high-risk antepartum/postpartum care.
