Essential DutiesEvent Planning & ExecutionCoordinate and execute client programs, including seminars, webinars, receptions, dinners, and special eventsManage event logistics from start to finish, including venue sourcing, vendor negotiation, vendor coordination, invite distribution, budgeting, and on-site executionSupport the development of program materials, multimedia elements, and communicationsOversee registration, attendee experience, CLE coordination (as applicable), and post-event follow-upSponsorships & Client EngagementManage firm sponsorships, including negotiating benefits, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with firm objectivesSupport client engagement initiatives, including event-related communications and follow-upClient Entertainment Season Ticket ProgramMaintain the client entertainment ticket program for designated offices, which involves a highly organized system of inventory management, establishing relationships with vendors, on-going internal communications to attorneys, evaluating and determining best-use allocation of tickets, electronic transfer of tickets, detailed recording, tracking and reporting of usage, and research on new opportunitiesPrograms & OperationsCoordinate the firm's client gift and holiday programs, including sourcing and logistics, with a focus on creating meaningful, memorable gifting experiences that enhance client relationships and reflect the firm's brand.
